Massage therapists at Vandalia Massage Therapy will demonstrates his/her commitment to providing the highest quality massage therapy to all seeking his/her services. They will acknowledge the individual worth of each client by not behaving in any prejudicial or discriminating manner.

Open Disclosure

Massage therapists at Vandalia Massage Therapy will represent their qualifications honestly and will accurately inform clients, health-care providers and the public of the scope and limitations of their discipline.

Confidentiality

Massage therapists at Vandalia Massage Therapy will always protects the confidentiality of all client information unless disclosure is requested by the client in writing, is medically necessary, required by law or is essential to protect the public.

Refusals

Massage therapists at Vandalia Massage Therapy reserve the right to refuse and/or stop treatment for just and reasonable cause at any time with full payment for the session expected.

Cancellations/No shows:

A 24-hour notice is required for cancellation of an appointment. If a 24-hour notice is not given Vandalia Massage Therapy reserves the right to charge no less than $30 and up to the full value of the missed session. If any special offers, coupons or other discounts (not purchased) were being applied to the session they will be voided.

Lateness:

In the event that a client is late for an appointment, Vandalia Massage Therapy cannot guarantee they will receive the full time scheduled however full payment may be expected.

In the event a therapist is late for an appointment, every effort will be made to allow for the entire time scheduled. However, if that is not possible the client will be given the option of rescheduling their appointment, at no extra charge or to complete a session of lesser time at that sessions rate.

Package plans:

A package is offered as an incentive or reward for returning more frequently. All package plans are to be used, in full within 1 year of the purchase date. Vandalia Massage Therapy reserves the right to only honor any package sessions that extend past this 1 year date for their dollar value only and not the originally discounted price.

Refunds and exchanges:

Refunds may be recieved on gift certificates only by the original purchaser. No refunds will be given to recipients of gift certificates.

A gift certificate may be passed on to another individual to use by the original recipient or the original purchaser. The gift certificate will be honored from the holder of the certificate at the time of redemption.

Refunds on unused sessions from packages may be given however the sessions already used will revert back to full original price and the difference deducted from the refundable amount.

A session on an individuals package may be used by another with the verbal or written consent of the original purchaser.
